I really can’t believe the Nordstrom sale is already here. Feels like yesterday that we were doing this last year but yet- here we are again! I was lucky enough to get a peek of the sale on Tuesday and try on all of my favorite things. Admittedly, our store didn’t have a huge stock of the trend pieces. I felt like they did a great job at the basics and quite honestly, the basics are the things I’d purchase from the sale because I feel like that’s where you get the best deal. There are great coats, great athleisure, and a lot of hidden gems among mens and home that I’m going to share below.

How to shop this post:

I’m going to add photos below of the outfits I tried on. I videoed them explaining why I love them, how they fit, and several other ways I’d wear them throughout each of the videos! I will be uploading the videos instagram stories on Friday and saving to a highlight until the sale ends for you to refer back to anytime. To shop each specific outfit on this post- just click on that photo and it’ll take you to ‘my look’ and show you each item I am wearing all at once. If you keep scrolling, I made a few little sections about things I feel are sure to sell out and a section of some hidden gems you might not see. I will continue to update as the week goes on- and hopefully get another post of up Men’s snags and some beauty things you could majorly score on! Just wanted to get this original post live, because the best clothes are what sell first!

Bloggers favorite

This Sherpa Jacket- This jacket was seen all over bloggers last year and Nordstrom paid attention. This year they made it for the anniversary sale in a white and a ‘lavender fog’ color (didn’t get to see this color in person- but it appears to be a purpley grey). I snagged THE LAST ONE in the store at noon the very first day of the sale. This will go quick quick quick! (runs true to size, I purchased a small and it is still cute and oversized)

BP Lace Trim Cami- This sold out sooo fast last year in every color. It is an amazing layering piece for all year round. Picture it with a moto jacket, cardi, denim jacket, under a V neck sweater…endless options! I paired it several ways on my instagram stories as well if you want to take a peek!

Vince Camuto Gigietta Bootie -Incredibly flattering on, and goes with everything. In my opinion, this is the trendiest/basic boot on the sale that pretty much everyone can rationalize purchasing. It’ll probably sell out in the first day. I had my true size 8 on and they fit perfectly.

my blog’s best seller from last year!

Topshop Cardi: Last year’s version of this was my blog’s best seller for the entire sale. Comes in great basic colors and will go absolutely anywhere with you. I snagged the grey (last year I got the ivory).

Colorblock Sweater- Great colors, great fabric, one of the only color block pieces I saw in our store! Runs true to size, if you want a really oversized look, go up one size!

Leopard Cardi: We had something like this at No.14 last season and I couldn’t keep it in stock. This will go so quickly. It is great quality and so trendy and cute.

HIDDEN GEMS:

Zella Leggings: my go to leggings- I always size down.

Spanx Leather Legging: Didn’t understand the hype until last year when I bought a pair full price. MUST have in my opinion. They run true to size.

Faux Fur Blanket: I have had this for three plus years now in both blush and ivory. They wash up so nicely, look so expensive and are so cozy.

Ugg Slippers: These are such a basic for winter at an incredible price. I got a pair for myself (normal size 8) they are also a great gift to hoard until Christmas too (think Mother, Mother In Law, Daughters, Sisters in law, girlfriends etc)!

Cashmere Wrap- These are so amazing for travel- I had been wanting a cashmere wrap for a while and got this one in the camel!
